Been to this Zaxbys several times and I've never been disappointed. Good amount of options to choose from. Chicken sandwiches are better than that other chicken sandwich place across the street.

We saw an ad on T.V. and the restaurant looks brand new so we thought we'd try it! I'm glad we did! Their club is now one of my most favorite sandwiches! Its sauce with the fried chicken makes it! Their fries are yum too!

With all the chicken wing establishments around the area, finding somewhere consistent and fast is very important.
Zaxby's is that place. Always the same, even going to the other restaurant across town.
I will be a regular here. Decent prices, good food, quick. -

Arrived with my granddaughter at 12:10 and ordered a child's meal and a salad. There we no other customers at that time. At 12:28, we had not yet received our order. I asked for a refund as we had an appointment at 12:45. The manager was both rude and inefficient; it took him over five minutes to get me the refund. There was no apology offered, no coupon given...nothing! I won't be back

First time ever at this establishment.
Mostly cold food. Might not have been cold if the management staff didn't stand and talk in front of the soda machines while the one kid behind the counter took orders. Our food sat up on the shelf for a few minutes before I walked up to the counter asking about it. I had no idea they were going to call my number. Had I waited for them to call it the food would have been fully cold.
They stood there talking until everyone had finished in line then decided to help the kid out and start calling orders.
Disappointed. Won't be back.
